Learning and You believes that high quality professional development can lead to a positive change.  We work with the schools to transform the learning environment, foster sustained learning, and to provide resources that support curriculum development and instructional design.  Our professional development teaches educators to focus on the outcome of learning rather than the process.  The teaching and learning focus are results driven, standards based and job embedded.
Educators are trained to seamlessly incorporate many skill building facets/exercises identified from assessment data in the curriculum into their current lesson plan.  Learning and You provides a framework for continual training and curriculum enhancement that will encourage and challenge educators to stay on the cutting edge of academics.  The idea is to have all students ready – ready to enter a grade, ready to leave that grade, and ready for the next grade.  Readiness is continuous; readiness is the key for advancement to every grade and extends beyond high school graduation.
